The Human Resource Department works to support the employees and the departments within the City of Madison by providing services for a growing and positive work environment, career opportunities, employee benefits and policies, compliance with employment laws, safety and risk management, and professional development.  The City of Madison employs approximately 175 employees to include full-time, part-time and seasonal positions throughout the year.


The City of Madison has a City Administrator who oversees departments to serve the community and visitors of Madison.  Those departments include:
